District Information
The Sarasota National CDD encompasses an area of approximately 2,400 acres in unincorporated Sarasota County, Florida and is generally located south of U.S. 41 and east of Jacaranda Blvd. Infrastructure consists of public roadways, storm water management, potable water, wastewater, irrigation and reuse, landscaping, environmental facilities and off-site improvements.
